本所每年皆有舉辦各式各樣活動，學生的熱烈參與且高度向心力下，凝聚系所情感。體育活動方面，每年十一月為清華「全校運動會」，並於梅竹賽前後，由學生自發性主辦「小梅竹活動」。四月份校慶週，每隔兩至三年，邀請畢業所友回娘家與師長聯繫情誼外，也增進各界聯絡情誼。畢業季期間，除全院「小畢典活動」外，更由碩一同學為即將踏入畢業的學長姐舉行「送舊活動」，由碩二學生進行「謝師宴」活動。

為歡迎新成員加入清華科管所大家庭，我們在甄試放榜後約莫十一月份舉行「系所說明會」，考試入學放榜後三、四月舉行「歡迎茶會」，並於註冊入學後的十月份進行「迎新活動」，讓新生與學長姐有機會交流論文研究方向。

本所相當重視學生在實務上的應用，每年暑假會甄選優秀學生參加「兩岸清華創業實驗室」，除此之外，亦會徵選學生參與「菁英計畫」，讓學生進入產業實習，且分別於九月及十一月舉行成果發表。為更貼近個新興產業脈動，我們更於每年2月~6月期間的週三下午，進行「CEO下午茶」，讓同學與各大產業的領袖們做面對面直接交流。

學術研究方面，每年皆積極參與全國及兩岸科技管理學會舉辦的年會活動，並不定期參與國內外之研討活動。

We hold variety of activities each year letting our students to enthusiastically participate and to bring strong connection to our deparment. Each year of Novemeber, before NTHU school Campus Athletic Games and after the Meizhu Competition, students will host a mini Meizhu competition within our department. In every twice or three years of April, during the Alumni Welcome Back week, we kindly asked our graduated students or alumnus to return to strengthen the bond and friendship with the teachers and exchange contact with juniors or seniors. During graduation season, besides holding a small graduation ceremony within our deparment, juniors will upheld a warm farewell party for seniors who are graduation, and the seniors host teacher appreciation banquet to thank the teacher.

In order to welcome new members to the Tsinghua Branch, we will hold a "Department Seminar" in November after the trial. After the examination, we will hold a "Welcome Reception" in March or April. In October, the "Orientation Event" will give freshmen and seniors the opportunity to exchange research directions.

The Institute attaches great importance to the application of students in practice. In the summer vacation, we will select outstanding students to participate in the "Tsinghua Entrepreneurship Lab". In addition, students will also be selected to participate in the "Elite Project" to allow students to enter the industry internship. The outcome presentation were published in September and November respectively. In order to be closer to the pulse of emerging industries, we will conduct "CEO Afternoon Tea" on Wednesday afternoon from February to June every year to allow students to communicate face-to-face with leaders of major industries.

In academic research, we actively participate in annual conferences organized by the National and Cross-Strait Science and Technology Management Association every year, and irregularly participate in seminars at home and abroad.
